If your order has not yet been shipped

If your package is already on its way
First receive it, then write to us via this chat or via the Contact form. We will send you a return form to include with the product. It must reach us unopened, in its intact original packaging.

Return conditions
Return costs are your responsibility and the initial shipping costs are not refunded. Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will proceed with the exchange or refund according to your preference.
